Foxboro, Mass. — Hallzy Films Pink (U16) battled back from an early deficit and delivered the deciding goal in the second period to claim the 2026 Women’s Chowder Cup U16 title with a thrilling 3-2 victory over WC Swans Gold 2010 on Sunday.

Elle Edelman put WC Swans Gold 2010 on the board first at the 10:06 mark of the opening period, giving her team an early 1-0 advantage. Hallzy Films Pink answered almost immediately, as Sophia DiGioia found the back of the net less than a minute later to even the score at 1-1.
The back-and-forth battle continued late in the period when Edelman struck again at 19:30, restoring the lead for WC Swans Gold 2010. But Hallzy Films Pink refused to let the momentum slip away. Just 55 seconds later, Vanessa Hall converted off an assist from Sasha Maloy, sending the teams into the intermission deadlocked at 2-2.
With a championship hanging in the balance, Hallzy Films Pink seized its opportunity early in the second period. At 4:02, Maloy broke through with the go-ahead goal, capping a strong sequence and giving Hallzy Films Pink its first lead of the afternoon.
WC Swans Gold 2010 continued to press for an equalizer over the remainder of the contest, but Hallzy Films Pink stood firm defensively. The championship game remained tightly contested down the stretch as both teams battled for every loose puck and scoring chance.
